Cancellation / No-Show / Early Departure Policy (Applicable to FIT & GIT Bookings)
In case of cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, guests must inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the cancellation request via email or written letter. The charges are as follows:

29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

Within 15 days of arrival: 100% retention applies, and no refund will be provided.
It is mandatory for all guests to present a valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted IDs include Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Passport.
The inclusion of an extra bed is provided in the form of a folding cot or mattress.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests may contact the hotel directly to request early check-in or late check-out.
Room tariffs are inclusive of all applicable taxes. The amount paid for the room does not cover optional services or facilities such as room service, minibar items, snacks, or telephone calls. These additional charges will be payable at the time of check-out.
